it was a good experience, The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Especially the old person who handles the Buffe breakfast had amazing hospitality skills just giving 5 due to him

Our stay in he-era residency was very nice. Location is near to all tourist points. Staff is very polite and helpful. I have not tried food in hotel, but 2, 3 best options for breakfast and lunch were on walking distance. Local transportation is convenient by auto. Better to use ola.

The hotel location is good as it is near the main city area and new market. The check in process was smooth and not much trouble. However, the room is very cramped and was not at all ventilated. No window to the room and fills suffocate if the ac is not on. The room was clean however the bedding is not fresh and has permanent yellow stains. The ac was just blowing cold air and not at all heating or maintaining temperature. The toilet was clean with provision of hot water. The breakfast do not have many options and oily food is the main item of the breakfast. The tea was great. Overall, service is good but infrastructure wise it is lacking or unable to meet the expectations. Overall, i will not stay here again and also will not recommend others to stay.

Luxury room i stayed with family, nice hotel, clean environment, good location near new market, polite staff, nice veg food, food is comparatively costly.
